With new generation technology, ClearFX creates super hydrophobic surface conditions while adding extreme clarity and contrast, scratch resistance surface, surface protection against bug acids, tree saps, bird drops and other elements.
What is clearfx?ClearFX is an automotive surface solution that works at the sub-microscopic level, penetrating the deep, porous structure of automotive surfaces. ClearFX seals and strengthens surface structure using the next-generation process of Attogenetic Surface Engineering, where the protective substance infinitesimally bonds with the surface all the way to its root, and increases complete structural volume, density and hardness.
Once cured, the ClearFX System leaves an extremely intense visual clarity and colour contrast. It produces a hyper-strength, super-water repellant and extremely scratch-resistant layer of high gloss protection that lasts for years and does not wash off. ClearFX is proven to last longer than any other protective suite in the market. |
BENEFITS OF CLEARFXSUPER HYDROPHOBIC
ClearFX Attogenetic Surface Engineering, the ultra-intensive particle protection, will create a surface that repels water and other substances. Your car’s surface strength will be enhanced against bug acids, tree sap, bird droppings, and other environmental elements. INTENSE VISUAL CLARITY ClearFX Attogenetic Surface Engineering applied to exterior surfaces will add extreme clarity and contrast to your car’s colour. Results in a longer lasting shine, and beautiful finish of your vehicle. HYPER-STRENGTH ClearFX penetrates to the deep, porous structure of the exterior paint. By sealing and strengthening the surface, ClearFX will increase your car’s scratch resistance and surface strength. |

HISTORY OF COATINGS TECHNOLOGY
Coatings are truly an evolution in automotive surface protection. Over twenty years ago, there was nothing but waxes and cotton terry towels available to ‘shine up’ your ride. As technology advanced, so did auto-care products. The next big advancement was synthetic sealants. These sealants were primarily based on man-made chemicals. They produced a more wet-look, and provided greater durability measured in months.
One of the problems with waxes and sealants was that while they provided great shine and some protection, they provided no real chemical resistance from things like bird-droppings, or any swirl-resistance. Meaning you could spend hundreds of dollars having your car polished, only to have it all ruined in just one wash. Careful technique of washing and drying was (and still is) of paramount importance in maintaining your vehicle’s finish. Fast forward to just a few short years ago, nano-technology has begun to take off and we are now seeing it in car-care products. The ability to utilize nano-technology for surface protection was a big deal because it would result in a much stronger bond, resulting in greater durability. From this, coatings were born. Instead of measuring durability in months, we now measure it in years. |
As with most new products, there was skepticism, even from us at first. But the science behind coatings does not lie ClearFX is the real deal.
ClearFX is a physical hard-shell layer of protection over the surface it is applied to. This ‘shell’ is made up of tiny nano-particles that bond to the surface and itself to form a very strong and durable bond that is over thicker than a coat of wax or sealant. The protection is so strong that it will resist chemicals like brake fluid, bird droppings, and acid! Additionally, you are benefited with greater scratch and swirl resistance, since the coating itself is hard taking typical clearcoat at 2H to a 9H hardness. Since the coating is harder than paint, it also repels dirt better than any wax or sealant. The gloss and clarity of a coated surface is breathtaking, since you are essentially putting a layer of something that is clearer and glossier than your paint. ClearFX application does cost slightly more than a wax or sealant, but the longevity and superior benefits significantly outweigh the added cost. |
